Week 4 – Day 6

Got home late Friday night from Britney’s house. Was too tired to get up super early on Saturday and by the time I got up the rest of the day was too busy, took care of some stuff in the morning, took the boys to get a haircut and then went to a wedding. Got home @ 10:00pm and went to a birthday party.

Week 4 – Day 5

Went to the gym in the morning. Had a great chest workout.

Chest

As Superset (x3)

  1. Flat Dumbell Press – 35lbs x 15
  2. Dumbell Oaks – 20lbs x 15
  3. Cable Incline Press – 50lbs x 15
  1. Decline Bench – 35lbs x 15 x 3

I farted around and did some other various exercises. It was all in all a good workout. Sean showed up near the end of my workout so I got some good ideas from him.

Week 4 – Day 2

Went to the gym after work since I didn’t go this morning. It was good. Shoulders and some abs and then I just did some walking afterwards. I also weighed myself on the scale they have there, the same one I weighed myself on a couple weeks ago I’ve lost about 7 pounds. So that’s encouraging.

Been really struggling with feeling positive the last few days, probably has a lot to do with being sick. Also I feel under a lot of pressure to quickly get into better shape. So I feel like I will never get there. But I think I can’t worry about that. I need to stay focused on doing what I can do. That’s all that is fit to print.
