So on Monday night my work had a fire. Boy, has life been busy and hectic since. Between clean-up, buying a few days with customers, dealing with customers who don’t care that your shop almost burnt down, and getting everything organized with insurance, cataloguing all your losses and arranging for the fire restoration crews to come in and start doing their thing, I’ve been busy and stressed. The good news is that we pretty much back up and operational and they will be able to start cleaning today. They expect to be done before the end of next week, which means that some time in the new year the painting and renovations that need to happen will be done. Originally they thought we might be out of their for 6 weeks, now we’re hoping for less. We’ll have to see. I’ll try and write more later.

Finally feeling better. Went to bed early yesterday and got up and went to the gym.

Ran my 2.4 Km in 19:37. My time is a little slower and it felt like it. My lungs just didn’t seem to have any air capacity after the first 8 minutes or so. That being said it felt good to be back out first thing.
