New Garage Door

So we had a new garage door installed yesterday. IT IS AWESOME!!! I had a local company Door Tech come and do it and they were awesome. They offered a superior product at a cheaper price than any of the companies we talked to at the Home Show at the beginning of March. Not only that but we ordered it Thursday, and they came on Friday to install it. How can you beat that? We got a Amarr Heritage 3000 steel door white in colour with a Chamberlain Heavy Duty opener. It is sooo awesome and it sure felt like it made a difference this morning in the garage and in the boys room. The new door as a much better R rating that our old one and it feels a lot warmer. If you need a garage door, I would recommend these guys without a doubt.

March 28 – Back at it – no Richard =(

So I had one of the worst weeks of my life. I have just felt so discouraged about everything this week, and I let it get in the way of getting to the gym. I feel very disappointed that this happened. But I was back at it this morning, so I will take it as a positive.
WARM-UP – 2x
Box Step-Ups – Dumbbell Hammer Curls – 20 lb. 8x per leg
35lb. Plate – Squat/Arm Curls/Over-head press – 8x
Green Band Lunges – with chest pulls – 8x per leg

3 MIN CARDIO

Giant Set 1 x2
Standing Smith Mach. Military Presses – 8 per leg
Bosu Ball – side to side jumps/squats – 8 each side
Dumbbell Incline Chest Presses – 25lb. – 12x
Seated Back Cable Rows – 110lb – 12x

3 MIN CARDIO

Giant Set 2 x2
Squat Station – Barbbell 50lb. – Back Rows 5x – Bicep Curls 5x – Cleans to Chest 5x – Overhead Press 5x – Front Squats 5x (60lb Barbbell second set)
Chin-ups off floor on Smith Mach. Bar – 8x
Burpees – 8x
Green Band Walk Outs – 4x per leg

3 MIN CARDIO

Didn’t get to the 4th set, but will go do cardio tomorrow as the last set is just cardio.

March 22 – Cardio Day

Got up early as my sister was over and didn’t want to get back to late so that I could still visit before they headed home. Almost didn’t make it to the gym with all the snow!!! Had a good cardio, did 35 or 40 minutes I think.

March 20 – Session 10

So a very sad day, this is the last session with Richard until I buy some more. We had a great talk, he threw a ton of new stuff at me and was overall a really good workout. I totally want to get some more sessions but I need to find more money in the budget, which given the fact that I’m getting a new garage door soon, isn’t going to be easy. In the meantime I have to keep up the momentum if I can.

March 19 – Cardio Day

Did cardio today. Got bored finally of the elliptical machine so I did 25 minutes of the elliptical and 20 minutes of the bike. Man is the bike every a different workout. Was a pretty good workout, didn’t get my heart rate up as high as I would like, felt like I didn’t have the energy to move my legs fast enough to get it up there. But it was a solid 45 min cardio.
